低分子肝素对兔动脉粥样硬化易损斑块模型血清CRP、IL-6的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨低分子肝素在兔动脉粥样硬化易损斑块模型中对炎症因子C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法 31只兔易损斑块模型组随机分为易损斑块模型对照组(n=7)、低分子肝素治疗组(n=16)、辛伐他汀治疗组(n=8),治疗干预1 w后,采用ELISA法观察各组血清CRP、IL-6治疗前后浓度变化。结果低分子肝素治疗组及辛伐他汀治疗易损斑块模型组CRP、IL-6的浓度较治疗前明显下降,同对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),但低分子肝素组与辛伐他汀组比较无显著差异。结论低分子肝素治疗后可明显降低兔易损斑块模型组血清CRP、IL-6浓度。 Objective To observe the effect of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and IL- 6 levels of vulnerable plaque in rabbits. Methods 31 male health rabbits were divided randomly into control ( n = 7 ) , LMWH ( n = 16 ) , simvastatin groups ( n = 8). After7 days, the rabbit blood was taken to detect IL-6 and CRP by ELISI. Results Compared with the group of model, the level of serum IL-6 and CRP were decreased significantly in the LMWH and simvastatin groups (P 〈 0. 01 ). However, there was no significant difference between simvastatin and LMWH groups ( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions LMWH could reduce serum CRP and IL-6 levels of vulnerable plaque in rabbits.
