右美托咪定预防老年全麻患者术后躁动的疗效 被引量:10

摘要 老年患者全身麻醉术后常出现苏醒期躁动,影响其术后恢复,易引起心脑血管并发症,增加医护人员工作量,给医患均带来极大不便。如何预防老年全麻患者术后躁动、已引起临床上越来越多的关注。本研究观察右美托咪定预防老年全麻患者术后躁动的效果。
