海尔营销方式对企业采购模式的启发

摘要 海尔家电的销售方式不但有分销商,还有自己的电子商务网站做直销,与此同时,还面临京东等网上商城的竞争。通过着重研究其直销策略和协调方法,可以为企业采购,特别是大型国企采购未来发展方向中提供了新的思路。
