超声弹性成像应变率比值法在乳腺纤维腺瘤和乳腺腺病鉴别诊断中的应用 被引量:22

摘要 目的探讨超声弹性成像(UE)应变率比值法对乳腺纤维腺瘤与乳腺腺病鉴别诊断的应用价值。资料与方法 97例经手术病理证实的乳腺纤维腺瘤和乳腺腺病结节患者,共116个结节,术前均行常规超声及UE检查,分析患者术前UE检查的应变率比值(SR)。结果 116个结节中,乳腺纤维腺瘤75个,乳腺腺病结节41个。乳腺纤维腺瘤和乳腺腺病结节的SR分别为2.01±0.45、1.40±0.42;以SR=1.535为临界点,判定乳腺纤维腺瘤和乳腺腺病的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为85.2%、72.5%、77.6%。结论 UE应变率比值法在鉴别诊断乳腺纤维腺瘤和乳腺腺病方面具有重要价值。 Purpose To explore ratio in the differential diagnosis the of Methods Ninety-seven cases with value of ultrasound elastography (UE) strain rate bre 116 ast fibroadenoma and adenosis. Materials and nodules of breast fibroadenoma and adenosis confirmed by pathology underwent routine preoperative UE examination. Elastic strain rate ratio was analyzed. Results Among 116 nodules, there were breast fibroadenoma n 75 nodules, adenosis in 41 nodules. SR of fibroadenoma and adenosis nodules were 2.01~0.45 and 1.40~0.42, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of elastic strain rate ratio in differentiating fibroadenoma and adenosis was 85.2%, 72.5% and 77.6% when using SR-1.535 as the threshold. Conclusion UE strain rate ratio has great value in the differential diagnosis offibroadenoma and adenosis
