慢性牙周炎患者IL-17mRNA的表达及意义 被引量:3

The expression of interleukin-17 in gingival tissues from patients with chronic periodontitis

摘要 目的:观察IL-17mRNA基因在慢性牙周炎和健康牙龈组织中的表达水平变化,探讨IL-17在慢性牙周炎发生发展中的作用。方法:选择慢性牙周炎患者23例,正常对照组15例,记录牙周临床指标,采用Real-time PCR方法定量检测IL-17mRNA在牙龈组织中的表达。结果:慢性牙周炎组IL-17mRNA相对表达量(0.00147±0.00055)显著高于正常牙龈组(0.00047±0.00019)(P<0.01),并且慢性牙周炎组IL-17mRNA表达水平与牙龈指数(r=0.58,P<0.01)、牙周袋探诊深度(r=0.57,P<0.01)、附着丧失水平(r=0.49,P<0.05)呈正相关。结论:Th17相关细胞因子IL-17可能在慢性牙周炎发病机制中发挥致炎作用。 Objective:To evaluate the expression of II,-17mRNA in gingival tissues from patients with chronic peri- odontal disease in comparison with normal control subjects. Method: Gingival samples from patients with chronic periodonti- tis and normal subjects were collected and used for the subsequent assays. The messenger RNA expression tbr the cylokines IL-17 was evaluated by real-time quantitative polymerase ehain reaction.Before sampling, the clinical periodontal indices were recorded. Result: Our data demonstrated the levels of IL-17 messenger RNA in diseased tissues were increased (P 〈 0.01) compared with normal tissues. The level of IL-17 expression in periodontitis was positively correlated with gingival in- dex probing depth and attachment level. Conclusion:ThlT-related cytokines IL-17 might play an important role in the pathogenesis of chronic periodontitis.
