异常隐窝病灶的结直肠肿瘤预警价值研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 异常隐窝病灶（aberrant crypt foci，ACF）是指啮齿类动物及人类结直肠上皮中形态明显区别于周围正常隐窝的单个或聚集成簇的异变隐窝（如腺管染色加深，面积扩大；腺管开口呈椭圆、锯齿或裂隙状；上皮层增厚，轻微隆起等），发生先于结直肠息肉，故被视作结直肠肿瘤的最早期癌前病变，可经弧甲蓝或靛胭脂染色后于光镜或放大内镜下检测。
