脊髓髓内肿瘤术中神经电生理监测 被引量：4

摘要 脊髓髓内肿瘤（intramedullarytumor）是指原发于或继发于脊髓内的肿瘤，由于其生长部位和某些病理类型的特殊性，在显微外科技术高度发展的今天，手术完整切除肿瘤仍存在很大的风险，容易造成医源性损伤甚至术后出现感觉、运动、括约肌功能的永久性障碍，因此应用术中神经电生理监测技术显得尤为重要。本文就此做一概述。
