Treg/Th17细胞的比值在慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血的变化及意义 被引量:5

The change and significance of ratio of Treg to Th17in peripheral blood of patients with chronic hepatitis B

摘要 目的探讨调节性T细胞(CD4+FoxP3+T细胞,Treg)/辅助性T细胞17(CD4+IL-17+T细胞,Th17)的比值在慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者外周血中的变化及其与肝损伤的相关性。方法用流式细胞术检测25例中重度CHB患者(A组)、30例轻度CHB患者(B组)及30例健康对照者(C组)外周血Treg细胞及Th17细胞的百分率,并计算出两者的比值;同时测定三组血清ALT水平。结果 A组外周血Treg/Th17细胞的比值为6.86±1.83,显著低于B组的8.39±2.15(P<0.05)和C组的9.41±3.57(P<0.01);A组外周血Treg/Th17细胞的比值与血清ALT水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.479,P<0.05),B组外周血Treg/Th17细胞的比值与血清ALT水平无显著相关性(r=-0.201,P>0.05)。结论外周血Treg/Th17细胞的比值在CHB慢性进展的各个临床阶段可能有所不同;中、重度CHB患者外周血中可能存在Treg/Th17细胞的失衡,且失衡程度可能还与肝损伤的程度相关。 Objective To investigate the change of the ratio of regulatory T cells (CD4+ FoxP3+ ,Treg) to (CD4+ IL-17+ ,Th17) in peripheral blood and its correlation with hepatic injury in the patients with chronic type B hepatitis B(CHB). Methods The percentages of Treg and Th17 cells were assessed by flow cytometriy and the ratio of Treg to Thl7 cells was calculated in 25 patients with severe CHB(group A) and 30 mild CHB(group B) and 30 healthy comrols(group C). Results The ratio of Treg to Th17 in group A was 6. 86-4-1.83, which was lower than 8. 39-4-2. 15 in group B (P〈0. 05) and 9. 414-3. 57 in group C(P〈0. 01). The ratio of Treg to Th17 in group A,but not in group B, was negatively correlated with serum concentration of ALT(r=-0. 479, P〈0. 05). Conclusion The ratio of Treg to Th17 in different stages of CHB may he different. The imbalance of the ratio of Treg to Thl7 may exist in the patients with middle m severe CHB, which might correlate with the hepatic injury.
