手术治疗烧伤后巨大瘢痕继发鳞状细胞癌1例

A Case of Large Scar with Squamous Cell Carcinoma after Surgical Treatment of Burns

患者男,44岁。右大腿烧伤后瘢痕增生38年,溃疡不愈合3年余。皮肤科情况:右大腿及腹股沟有一15.0cm×30.0cm大不规则三角形溃疡,呈菜花样,广泛增生和隆起,表面黏附脓性分泌物。组织病理诊断为高分化鳞状细胞癌。诊断:右下肢烧伤瘢痕继发鳞状细胞癌;右大腿及腹股沟瘢痕挛缩。予手术切除治疗。随访16个月,未见复发。

A 44-year-old man presented with a 38-year history of hyperplastic scar after burn on the right thigh and over 3-year history of nonhealing ulcer. Skin examination revealed a cauliflower-like in＇egular, triangular uteer in size of 15.0cm × 30.0em on the right thigh and inguen. The uleer was hyperplastic and elevated with purulent secretion on the surface. Pathologie diagnosis of squamous eell carcinoma was made. The patient was diagnosed as right lower limb burn scar with squamous cell earcinoma, sear contraeture on the right thigh and inguen. Patient was given surgical operation. No recurrenee was seen after follow-up for 16 months.
