摘要
患者女,11岁。右大腿带状鳞屑性丘疹、斑块6年。皮肤科情况:右侧臀部、右大腿屈侧至腘窝处可见沿Blaschko线分布的红色鳞屑性斑块或丘疹,双上臂可见散在分布粟粒大小丘疹,刮诊可见不典型的点状出血。皮损组织病理示:角质层轻度角化过度,可见角化不全,颗粒层变薄,表皮嵴延长,其末端变宽。诊断:带状银屑病。并对相关文献进行复习。
A 11-year-old girl presented with linear scaly papules anti plaques on the right thigh for 6 years. Skin examination showed well-defined, irregularly shaped e^thematous scaly papules and plaques arranged in a Blaseh- kolinear pattern extending from the light buttock to popliteal space. Scattered grain-size scaly papules were present on the both upper arms. Auspitz sign was positive. Histopathological examination showed hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis, hypogranulosis, elongated and club-shaped fete ridges. The diagnosis was psoriasis zosteriformis. The literatures on psoriasis zosteriformis were reviewed.
