摘要
患儿男,5岁9个月。全身出现红色皮疹伴瘙痒半天。发热≥5d,ALT,ESR和PLT均升高,单侧淋巴结肿大。皮肤科情况:躯干、双前臂、双大腿可见密集分布粟米大小红色丘疹,压之可退色;肛周红斑、脱屑。诊断:不完全川崎病。
A 5-year and 9 month-old boy presented with higher fever for 5 days and generalized itchy erythematous pap- ules for half day. Blood ALT, ESR and PLT levels increased. Unilateral lymph nodes were swollen. Derma- tological examination showed milia-like papules on the trunk, forearms and thighs in addition to perianal ery- thema and desquamation. Diagnosis：Incomplete Kawasaki disease.
