不同剂量补铁对运动性低血红蛋白大鼠肝脏线粒体呼吸功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨在大强度运动训练期间复合补铁对运动性低血红蛋白大鼠肝脏线粒体呼吸功能的影响。方法:将雄性Wistar大鼠40只随机分为5组(n=8):对照组(C)、运动组(T)、小剂量补铁+运动组(S+T)、中剂量补铁+运动组(M+T)和大剂量补铁+运动组(L+T),除对照组外其余各组大鼠均进行递增负荷运动训练8周,每周训练6 d,补铁大鼠从第5周开始补铁。力竭运动后即刻取样,差速离心法提取肝脏线粒体。分光光度法测定线粒体电子传递链酶复合体Ⅰ~Ⅳ(CⅠ~Ⅳ)活性。结果:①与C组相比,T组CⅠ、CII和CⅣ活性均显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),S+T组、M+T组和L+T组CⅠ~CⅣ活性均显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。②与T组相比,S+T组CII活性显著提高(P<0.05),M+T组CIII和CⅣ活性均显著提高(P<0.01),L+T组CⅠ~CⅣ活性均显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:大强度运动训练期间复合补铁,可提高肝脏线粒体呼吸功能及机体有氧工作能力。从运动能力考虑,中剂量补铁效应较好。 Objective: To investigate the effects of iron supplement on function of mitochondrial respiratory of liver during exercise-induced hypochrosis rats . Method: Forty healthy male Wistar rats were randomized into 5 groups ( n = 8) : static control (C) , exercise-training(T) , training with supplementation of small dose iron(S + T), training with supplementation of middle dose iron(M + T) and training with supplementation of large dose iron(L + T). Training performed incremental exercise for 8 weeks, 6 days/week, iron supplementation from the fifth week. Liver were prepared immediately after exhaustive running. Liver mitochondria were extracted by differential centrifugation. Spectrophotometric analysis was used to evaluate activities of electron transport chain complex(C) Ⅰ -Ⅳ in liver mitochondria. Results: ①C Ⅰ , CⅡ and CⅣ activities in T group were increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), C Ⅰ - C Ⅳ activities in S + T, M + T and L + T groups were increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ) compared with those in C group. ②CⅡ activity in S + T group was increased remarkably ( P 〈 0.05) ; CⅢ and CⅣ activities in M + T group were increased remarkably ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; C Ⅰ - C Ⅳ activities in L + T group were increased remarkably ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ) compared with those in T group. Conclusion: Large load exercise training composite iron supplementation can improve function of mitochondrial respiration of liver and the aerobic capacity. From the athletic ability , the middle dose iron supplementation is better during large load exercise training.
