白细胞介素2在急性髓细胞性白血病免疫治疗中的作用

摘要 难治复发急性髓细胞性白血病(AML)的治疗是临床工作中的难点,如何利用细胞因子的免疫效应,在诱导缓解、巩固治疗及维持治疗等不同时期,结合化疗及造血干细胞移植,进而提高治疗效果,达到长期生存的目的,是目前研究的热点。本文主要对白细胞介素-2治疗难治复发的AML的现状作一综述。
