多能干细胞在镰状细胞贫血治疗中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 镰状细胞贫血(SCA)是一种由基因突变导致的疾病。多能干细胞(PSCs)是一类具有向多谱系分化潜能的干细胞。体细胞经过转入特定的多能性转录因子,可被重编程为具有多能性的干细胞。研究人员从血液样本中获得特异性诱导性PSCs,通过各种策略来修复引起疾病的基因变异,然后诱导分化为造血干细胞(Hscs),再通过自体细胞疗法为患者提供治疗。PSCs可以直接分化为血红细胞,来用于患者的治疗。笔者总结了PSCs在SCA的疾病模型建立以及SCA的各种治疗策略,同时分析了PSCs在SCA病治疗的优点和目前遇到的困难。由于PSCs可分化成各种临床需要的组织细胞,因此PSCs在血液系统疾病,尤其是SCA中有广泛的应用潜能。
