大鼠脊髓微血管内皮细胞的分离培养与鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 脊髓微血管内皮细胞(spinalcord microvascular endothelialcells,SCMECs)参与构成血脊髓屏障,其功能变化与多种脊髓相关疾病相关。目前分离SCMECs的文献很少。本研究拟基于分离多种原代内皮细胞的经验,建立分离纯化SCMECs的方法。
