JAK-STAT信号通路在类风湿关节炎中的研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 JAK-STAT信号通路是介导细胞因子信号转导的重要路径之一,其通过多种途径参与炎性反应并在信号转导途径中扮演重要的调控角色。近年来,JAK-STAT信号通路与多种疾病的关联性引起了人们兴趣。本文综述JAK-STAT在RA中的研究进展。
