摘要
老年人是结直肠癌的高发人群,随着年龄增长,结直肠癌患病率增加。老年病人机体代谢机制复杂,在结直肠癌发生发展过程中,易发生营养不良,会严重影响老年结直肠癌病人治疗的耐受性、生活质量和疾病的转归。在临床工作中,应将营养评估视为结直肠癌围手术期治疗的重要一环,进而采取合理有效的营养干预手段,积极预防营养不良的发生。因此,老年结直肠癌病人营养评估是临床实践中非常重要的课题,目前尚无统一的营养评估标准,以下对此作一综述,以期对老年结直肠癌病人的营养评估提供参考。
Colorectal cancer associated malnutrition in the elder patient has a high incidence. The primary causes of malnutrition in colorectal cancer patients include consumption of malignant tumor, senile degenerative disease and the influence of operation itself. On the other hand, malnutrition has negative impacton clinical outcomes and increases the incidence rate of surgical complication, the mortality and quality of life. Doctor-nurse staff should master common nutrition assessment methods and try their best to screen the nutrition status of hospitalized aged patients with colorectal cancer in order to find and treat on the malnutrition patients as soon as possible.
