女性产后性功能障碍及其影响因素

Female Sexual Dysfunction in Postpartum Period and Its Influencing Factors

女性产后普遍存在性健康问题,包括性欲障碍(减低)、性高潮障碍及性交痛等。目前研究显示,女性产后性功能障碍受多种因素影响,如:分娩方式、激素水平、神经因素、心理因素、躯体疾病及药物等。寻找引起产后性功能障碍的高危因素加以干预是改善女性产后性健康状况的重要措施。本文就女性产后性功能障碍的发生情况及其影响因素的研究现状作一综述。

Female sexual problems in postpartum period is common, including sexual desire disorder （or reduce）, sexual orgasmic disorder and sexual pain during intercourse. The current studys have shown that female sexual dysfunction after delivery could be influenced by many factors, such as mode of delivery, hor- mone level, neural factors, psychological factors, physical diseases and drugs. Searching for the risk factors which could cause sexual dysfunction in postpartum period and intervening them is an important measure to improve female health status. This review will focus on the present situation and influencing factors of female sexual dysfunction in postpartum period.
