偏硅酸钠对中间包干式料性能影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用电熔镁砂和中档镁砂为基质,分别以酚醛树脂、Na2SiO3、Na2SiO3·5H2O、Na2SiO3·7H2O、Na2SiO3·9H2O作为干式料的结合剂,比较干式料经低温、中温和高温处理后的性能指标;考察了Na2SiO3·9H2O加入量的改变对干式料不同温度处理后物理性能的影响,并进行了抗渣性实验。结果表明:(1)采用3%(W)树脂粉+2%(W)泡花碱的复合结合剂,满足现场施工要求,而且还可降低干式料生产成本;(2)采用4.5%(W)Na2SiO3·9H2O+0.5%(W)树脂粉为结合剂,干式料在不同温度处理后的物理性能均优于以相同加入量的Na2SiO3·5H2O和Na2SiO3·7H2O作为结合剂的试样;(3)4%(W)Na2SiO3·9H2O+0.5%(W)树脂粉复合制备的干式料的抗渣性及不同温度处理后的物理性能均最佳。 Dry vibration mix was prepared using fused magnesia and sintered magnesia as matrix, phenolic resin and metasilicate as the binder, which was Na2SiO3、Na2SiO3·5H20、Na2SiO3·7H20、Na2SiO3·9H2O respectively. The performances of the dry mix treated at low, middle and high temperature were compared. The slag resistance and the effect of adding amount of the binder Na: SiO3 · 9H20 were also studied. The results show that:( 1 )using 3wt% resin and 2wt% sodium silicate as bonder can meet the requirements of construction and reduce the production cost of dry mix; (2)when the amount of the binder is the same,the performance of dry mix bonded by 4.5wt% Na2SiO3 · 9H20 and 0. 5wt% resin is higher than that of the specimens bonded by other binders ; (3) the dry vibration mixture using composite binder containing 4wt% Na2SiO3 · 9H20 and 0.5wt% resin has better mechanical properties and slag resistance.
