摘要
本文以东莞市664家私营企业为研究对象,实证考察了并证实了私营企业家的个人主动性对企业绩效的影响,以及任务导向型与关系导向型个人主动性对企业绩效影响的差别。在此基础上,本文发现在新创企业中企业家个人主动性对企业绩效的影响显著异于成熟企业,且企业不同经营情况下企业家两种个人主动性对企业绩效的影响也有所不同。
Based on the 664 sample data of private enterprises in Dongguan city of China, this article empirically investigated the relationship between business owners' personal initiative in private enterprises and firm performance. We found that the task oriented personal initiative and the relationship oriented personal initiative had different impacts on firm performance. By dividing the firm into new ventures and established companies, it was found that the two personal initiative's impact on new ventures' performance was significantly different from those in mature companies.Using quantile regression method, we demonstrated that the effects of personal initiatives on firm performance were contingent with firm performance.
