摘要
与普通管理者相比,培训经理要达成有效性需要面对诸多挑战。本文从价值分析的角度探索了提升培训经理有效性的三种方法,具有较强的借鉴意义。
Compared to common managers, training and development managers will face various challenges on the road to effectiveness. Through value analysis, we try to find solutions to improve effectiveness of a training manager.
