摘要
血小板整合素αⅡbβ3与配体间的相互作用在血栓形成过程中起重要作用,各种激动剂与血小板上相应的受体结合后,启动整合素αⅡbβ3内向外信号转导通路,导致整合素αⅡbβ3活化,与其配体结合进一步启动外向内信号转导。双向信号转导过程中涉及多种蛋白,talin、kindlin和Src是目前研究较多的蛋白,其中talin和kindlin是整合素αⅡbβ3内向外信号转导过程中的重要蛋白,Src则是外向内信号转导的重要蛋白。文章就talin、kindlin和Src研究进展进行综述。
Integrin αⅡbβ3 plays a pivotal role in platelet activation by interacting with ligands and mediating the signal transduction. After various agonists bind to their acceptors on platelets, the inside-out signaling develops, then the outsidein signaling happens. Talin, kindlin and Src, which are important signaling proteins involved in these progresses, have been intensively studied. Talin and kindlin are essential in inside-out signaling, while Src is important in outside-in signaling. This review focuses on the research progress of talin, kindlin and Src.
