低碳经济视角下煤炭产业转型发展对策研究

Countermeasures of Restructuring and Development of Coal Industry in Perspective of a Low-carbon Economy

我国煤炭产业一直采用高能耗的生产模式和粗放型经济增长方式,不仅造成了资源的过度消耗,也破坏了生态环境,严重影响了经济与社会的发展。因此煤炭产业向低碳转型势在必行。文章基于低碳经济视角来研究煤炭产业转型发展的对策,分析了我国煤炭产业走低碳发展道路遇到的障碍和问题,并基于低碳经济视角提出了相应对策,希望对我国煤炭产业的成功转型有所帮助。

China＇s coal industry has been using the mode of production of high energy consumption and extensive economic growth mode, not only caused by the excessive consumption of resources, but also damage to the environment, a serious impact on the economic and social development. Therefore, the coal industry in the transition to a low carbon imperative. To study the coal industry restructuring and development of countermeasures based on the perspective of a low-carbon economy, analysis go low-carbon path of development of China/s coal industry, the obstacles and problems, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures based on the low--carbon economy perspective, I hope the successful transformation of China＇s coal industry helpful.
