摘要
由于托辊或滚筒安装不正、装载不均匀等各种原因,输送带经常发生跑偏,严重影响了企业的生产运输,甚至威胁到工人的人身安全。为了解决跑偏问题,应用TRIZ理论设计了一种新的调偏托辊套,不仅能够实现调偏功能,还具有密封托辊组的作用,并能提高托辊组轴承的使用寿命。
Because of roller or drum malpositon, loading un-uniform and so on, conveyor belt deviation occurs frequently, seriously affects the enterprise's production and transportation, and even threatens safety of workers. In order to solve the deviation problem, using TRIZ theory, designs a new adjusting roller sleeve, which not only can realize the adjusting function, but also can seal the roller group, and can improve the service life of bearing roller grouo.
