摘要
介绍了近期光纤瓦斯气体传感器的发展状况,分析对比了现有光纤瓦斯传感器的系统结构、基本原理及其各自的优缺点;针对现有光纤瓦斯传感器的不足,提出了一种新型光纤光栅瓦斯传感器的设计方案;最后对瓦斯气体感器的发展方向作出预测。
The development status of mashgas sensor was introduced.The system sturctures, basic principles, strong points and weak points of current optical fiber gas sensors were analyzed and compared. In view of the defects of the existing gas sensors, one kind of new optical fiber grating gas sensor design was proposed. Finally, the development direction of mashgas sensor was predicted.
