摘要
介绍了小型汽车桥壳样件胀压成形的工艺,针对两端经过缩径、中部经过液压胀形得到的轴对称状预成形管坯,其内部充液后用模具压制成形桥壳样件的过程,定性分析了横截面、纵截面的变形,揭示了变形机理以及壁厚的变化规律,探讨了桥包部分横截面大小对其成形性的影响。通过有限元模拟和工艺试验,进一步考察了管坯压制成形工艺的成形性,并定量分析了壁厚的分布情况。研究结果表明:轴对称状的预成形管坯压制成形异型截面的汽车桥壳样件时,样件成形性好,壁厚分布较好,成形过程中所需液体压力低。
A bulging-pressing compound-deforming technology was introduced for some kind of small automobile axle housings. The deformation on the chosen crossing and longitudinal sections was analyzed qualitatively for pressing the pre-formed tube of axisymmetric shape by the die after it was charged with liquid. The deformation pattern and the change of wall thickness was discovered, and the effects of forming property resulted from the size of crossing section in the axle housing cover part were discussed. Through the FEM simulation and test, the forming property of pressing the tube is deeply inspected, and the wall thickness distribution is quantitatively analyzed. It is founded that when the automobile axle housing of special shaped cross-sections is pressed from the pre-formed tube, the trial samples possesses of good formability, better wall thickness distribution, and lower in-ternal pressure.
