摘要
随着全球资源环境形势日益严峻,再制造已成为企业的重要战略选择.本文考虑政府对废弃产品回收的奖惩约束措施,针对一类由销售商负责废旧品回收的再制造闭环供应链系统,在以再制造产品优先满足市场需求条件下建立博弈模型对闭环供应链的制造品、再制造品及废弃产品回收的定价策略进行优化决策,并设计一个基于再制造优先的协调定价机制.该协调机制不仅基于生产者责任延伸制(EPR)原则在优先考虑再制造品利润的情况下协调制造产品和再制造产品利润,而且能对闭环供应链节点企业的利润进行合理分配,实现了闭环供应链的总体协调.
With the increasingly serious situation of global resources and environment,remanufacturing production modes will become the enterprises' important strategic choice.For closed-loop supply chains composed of a manufacturer and a retailer,considering the government constraint for recycling waste products,this paper establishes a non-differently pricing decision game model of closed-loop supply chains under the condition that the remanufactured products are used to meet market demand priority,and a coordination pricing mechanism of closed-loop supply chain based on remanufacturing priority is designed.In the coordination mechanism,based on the EPR principle,the profits of manufacturing and remanufacturing products are distributed to ensure that the profit of remanufacturing products are considered prior,furthermore,a revenuesharing pricing strategy is given to determine the wholesale prices of manufacturing products and remanufacturing products to achieve the coordination of closed-loop supply chain member enterprises,and then the overall coordination of closed-loop supply chains is realized.
