摘要
将知识联盟引入到工程项目应急管理中,以降低突发事件给建筑企业带来的损失.在Nash谈判理论的基础上,建立工程项目突发事件知识联盟利益分配的两阶段基本模型,然后通过分情况讨论努力水平与利益分配系数的关系,增加博弈环节,将两阶段的利益分配模型扩展到多阶段,提出了基于内部博弈的工程项目突发事件知识联盟的多阶段利益分配方案.
In order to reduce the loss which sudden events bring to the construction companies,this paper introduces knowledge alliances to the emergency management of construction projects.It builds a two-stage model for benefits distribution of the knowledge alliance dealing with sudden events on construction management,which is based on Nash bargaining theory.Furthermore,the two-stage model is expanded into the multi-stage model by increasing the game links and establishing functions between the profit distribution and the effort level.This paper presents an optimal benefits distribution plan of sudden events on construction management based on internal game theory.
