In the field of present charity,meagerness of charity donation,indifference of charity consciousness,and logic operation of government in philanthropy all stem from the following aspects: confusion between fact and value,entanglement between responsibility and gratitude,anxiety between history and reality,restriction between transparency and suspicion. That we introspect on charitable culture at academic level undoubtedly has important theoretical significance and practical value for the development of charity cause with Chinese characteristics.
