建国以来的汉字异体字整理研究之断想

Viewpoints about the Assortment and Research on Variant Forms of Chinese Characters After the Founding of New China

对建国以来的汉字异体字整理工作进行系统的研究和总结,是推动国家通用语言文字规范化、标准化的一个重要课题。本课题需要研究、总结的方面主要有:1.建国初期异体字整理工作的指导思想、原则、方法、成就及经验教训;2.《第一批异体字整理表》的定量分析及科学性测查;3.《第二批异体字整理表》(初稿)等未公开发布字表的意义、价值及经验教训;4.《通用规范汉字表》异体字整理工作的继承与创新;5.进一步整理异体字的原则与方法。总的看,建国以来的汉字异体字整理工作取得了很大成绩,但也存在不少问题。

The systematic research and summarization of the assortment of variant forms of Chinese characters,after the founding of NewChina,is a very important subject for promoting the regulation and standardization of the standard spoken and written Chinese language. The following are the aspects that should be further studied and summarized in this subject. 1. The guiding thinking and principles,methods,achievements,experience & lessons of the assortment of variant forms of Chinese characters in the early years of NewChina. 2. The quantitative analysis and scientific testing of the First Batch of Tabulated Variant Forms of Chinese characters. 3. The significance,value,experiences and lessons of the Second Batch of Tabulated Variant Forms of Chinese characters( first draft) and other character tables that have not been published. 4. The inheritance and innovation of the assortment of the variant forms of Chinese characters for the Table of regulated Chinese characters. 5. The guidelines and approaches for further assorting the variant forms of Chinese characters. In general,great progress of the assortment of variant forms of Chinese characters has been made since the founding of NewChina,but there are still many problems that need be further studied.
