摘要 为顺应移动互联网的发展趋势,带动业务收入增长,运营商全面推进流量经营的工作势在必行。分析了业界流量经营的典型业务场景,提出了一种实现流量经营的智能管道与智能运营双核心模型,该模型主要由管道控制网元及经营平台网元构成,并给出了模型实现机制。工程试点应用结果表明,该模型能有效支撑运营商实现流量经营。 In order to follow the development trend of mobile internet and improve business income, it is necessary for communication operators to push flow management completely. A typical business scene about flow management was analyzed, a kind of double-core model related to intelligent pipe and intelligent management to realize flow management was proposed and a realization mechanism of model was given. This mode is mainly made up of pipe control node and management platform node. It is verified by the application result of project experiment that this model can support communication operators to realize flow management efficiently.
