Analysis on the research literature of peach in the world from 2001 to 2012

【目的】利用文献数据库,客观地分析国内外桃的研究动态,为国内外桃科研工作者和决策者提供参考。【方法】基于Web of Science数据库,采用文献计量学方法,分析了2001—2012年全球发表桃文献的国家、研究机构、核心作者、来源期刊及学科分布等情况。【结果】检索到全球2001—2012年间发表的桃文献共5 409篇,明确了桃文献类型,年度发文量趋势,居世界前20名的国家、机构、作者、期刊和主要的热点领域。【结论】全球桃研究文献以学术论文为主,文献的产出量呈逐年上升趋势,2010年发文量最多,是2001年的2.36倍。美国、西班牙、中国、意大利和巴西发文量位居世界前5位。美国农业部农业研究服务中心、加州大学戴维斯分校、法国农业科学研究院、西班牙国家科学研究理事会和美国克莱姆森大学等机构桃研究论文的影响力较大;中国科学院、中国农业大学和浙江大学桃发文量分别位居第6、第10和第12位。最有学术影响力的作者来自西班牙、美国和法国;桃论文累计被引频次前20名的作者均不是高产作者,文献质量有待提高;主要的期刊是美国《园艺科学》、荷兰《园艺科学》和《采后生物与技术》、英国《园艺科学生物技术学报》、巴西《巴西果园学报》;研究的主要热点领域是栽培生理与技术、采后、分子生物学、病虫防控和资源育种。

[Objective]Analysis on the research literature of peach based on bibliometrics in the world were performed for providing information to peach researchers and decision makers. [Method]The published science literature of peach research based on the Web of Science database was analyzed in the world from 2001 to 2012. [Result]A total of 5409 peach literature were identified in the world. The literature types, the number of annual literature, top 20 countries, research institutes, core authors, key journals and disciplines in the world were retrieved.[Conclusion]The literature types of peach research was mainly in articles. The output of peach literature increased year by year in the world. The number of peach literature was the highest in 2010, which was 2.36 times as that in 2001.The top productive countries were the United States, Spain, China, Italy and Brazil. The top institutions with high academic achievement were USDA ARS, Calif Davis Univ, INRA, CSIC and Clemson Univ. The literature number of Chinese Acad Sci, China Agr Univ and Zhejiang Univ ranked in the sixth, tenth and twelfth, respectively. The authors with high academic achievement were mainly from Spain, United States and France. Top 20 cited authors of peach literature were not prolific authors. The literature quality of peach needed to be improved. Hortseience, Scientia Horticulturae, Postharvest Biology and Technology, Journal of Horticultural Sci- ence Biotechnology and Revista Brasileira de Fruticuhura were the most active journals in the field. The main hotspots of peach research were Cultivation physiology and technology, Postharvest, Molecular biol- ogy, Prevention and control of diseases and pests and Germplasm breeding.
