摘要
【目的】探明6个高丛越橘品种的低温半致死温度。【方法】通过人工低温处理,测定枝条相对电导率并配合logistic回归方程并计算低温半致死温度(LT50),同时测定枝条丙二醛含量。【结果】6个品种的低温半致死温度由高到低依次为-18.64、-21.94、-22.71、-23.00、-23.66和-24.12℃;相对电导率和丙二醛含量随处理温度的降低均呈"S"型变化;在试验低温范围内,2者与温度之间极显著负相关,2者间显著相关。【结论】抗寒力从高到低的顺序为,‘蓝鸟’、‘泽西’、‘斯巴坦’、‘伯克利’、‘达柔’、‘凯瓦’。
[Objective]The objective of the study was to investigate the semi-lethal temperature (LT50)of six highbush blueberry cuhivars. [Method]l-year-old dormant shoots of 6 cultivars were used to detect the relative conductivity with Logistic equation and content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) under low temperature treatment. [Result]The results showed that: the LT50 of six blueberry cultivars from high to low were -18.64,-21.94,-22.71,-23.00,-23.66 and -24.12 ℃; the relative conductivity and content of MDA increased as the "S" type curve as temperature decreased; both of them were negatively correlation with the low temperature and were significant correlation between themselves. [Conclusion]Cold hardiness in descending order were ' Bluebird', ' Jersey', ' Spartan', ' Berkeley', ' Darrow' and ' Kawa'.
