摘要
【目的】再植障碍是苹果园更新过程中面临的难题,生物因素是引起果树再植障碍的主要因素之一,杀菌剂混土处理后对再植障碍起缓解作用,为大田实际应用提供理论依据。【方法】通过盆栽试验,研究了连作土和定量接入菌麦粒的的灭菌土药剂处理分别为代森锰锌80%WP 2.5 a.i g/10 kg土;多菌灵50%WP 2.5 a.i g/10 kg土;咯菌腈50%WP 1.25 a.i g/10 kg土对平邑甜茶幼苗生长量、根系活力、叶绿素含量及保护酶活性的影响。【结果】杀菌剂混土处理后对平邑甜茶生长的促进作用显著,根系活力提高、叶绿素含量增多、保护酶活性有不同程度的提高。【结论】杀菌剂可以显著增加幼苗生物量,减轻苹果连作障碍现象。
[Objiective]Replant causes many problems in fruit tree nursery and old orchards. Biological factors are among the most important factors contributed to the oeeurrenee of erop replant disorder. It has theoretical significance to explore the effective ways to alleviate apple replant disease. [Method]Through a pot experiment, effects of three fungicides including Maneozeb WP 2.5 g a.i per 10 kg soil, Carbendazim WP 2.5 g a.i per 10 kg soil and Fludioxonil WP 1.25 g a.i per 10 kg soil on the biomass of seedlings, physiological indicators of roots, and chlorophyll content was studied. [Result] The three kinds of treatments significantly enhanced plant height, stem diameter close to ground, weight above ground, root activity and chlorophyll content. The results showed that fungicides affected the metabolism of reactive oxygen. SOD, POD and CAT activities in roots with treatment increased first and then declined. MDA content were higher than the controls. [Conclusion]Fungicides can significantly increase seedling biomass and alleviate replant disorder.
