摘要
帕里牦牛是西藏牦牛优良类群之一 ,经过对该类群牦牛生产性能及其肉、乳的营养成分系统的测定和分析 ,结果表明 ,帕里公母牦牛平均体重分别为 318 3kg、 2 0 0 85kg ;眼肌面积分别为 74 4 6cm2 、 4 7 72cm2 ;平均屠宰率为 50 84 % ;平均净肉率为 4 2 36% ;眼肌肉含粗蛋白2 2 56% ,粗脂肪 2 0 6% ,肋肌肉含粗蛋白 17 82 % ,粗脂肪 2 5 2 9% ;8月份日平均产奶量为 1 2 2kg ,乳脂率为 5 95% ,乳糖含量为 3 77% ;牦牛毛绒产量 0 15~ 1kg ,平均实际收绒量 0 2 5kg ,平均绒纤维细度为 2 3 4 6μm。
Pali yak is a kind of the Tibetan fine Yak group Through Systematic determination or analysis to Yak produce performance and nutrition ingredient of meat、milk. The result made known: average weight of Pali male and female yak are 318 3 kg、200 85 kg;eye-flesh area separatly are 74 46 cm 2,47 72 cm 2;butcher rare is 50 84%;average really meat rate is 42 36%;Contain coarse protein is 22 56% or coarse fat is 2 06% in eye-flesh;Contain Coarse protein is 17 82% of coarse fat is 25 29% in rib-flesh,in August,Every day milk amount yield 1 22 kg;butterfat rate is 5 59%,cream-sugar Content is 3 77%;Average thin degree of yak down fiber is 23 46 μm。
