摘要
在产品形成的早期阶段最大限度地识别潜在失效原因并采取防范措施,对于开发复合材料产品尤其是发动机部件等高精尖产品来说十分重要。本文介绍了FMEA技术应用于复合材料发动机部件设计开发的实例,通过潜在失效原因分析,找出了复合材料油底壳外部加强筋的设计是影响产品是否耐受飞石冲击、避免漏油的关键影响因素,并通过飞石冲击试验,验证了外部结构设计的可靠性,有效的降低了产品开发的风险。
In the early stages of product formation, it was important to identify potential failure causes and take preventive measures for the development of composite products,especially for engine parts and other high-tech prod- ucts. This paper introduced the application of FMEA technology in the composite engine component design and de- velopment. Througtl the analysis of potential causes of failure, it found that the design of oil pan external ribs was the main factors affecting the product whether withstand the flying rocks impact to avoid product leakage. Through the stone impact test, it verified the reliability of the external structure design and effectively reduced the risk of product development.
