玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料受压管件稳定性试验及理论研究 被引量:10

EXPERIMENTAL AND THEORETICAL STUDY ON STABILITY OF SLENDER COMPONENTS MADE FROM GLASS FIBER/EXPOXY COMPOSITE MATERIAL

摘要 该文对玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料(E-GFRP)进行了材料性能试验,获得了该材料的力学性能参数;在此基础上,对12组共36根该材料制成的受压圆管试件进行了轴心受压稳定性试验研究,探讨了复合材料受压圆管试件稳定性承载力规律和破坏特征,并依此提出一种改进的Perry-Robertson稳定性计算公式,通过与传统稳定性验算公式进行对比,结果表明,改进Perry-Robertson公式与试验结果更为接近,能够较好地预测复合材料轴压管件的极限荷载,期望为复合材料稳定性设计理论提供有价值的参考意见。 The materials comprised of epoxy resin with glass fiber reinforcement were studied and tested in this paper so as to obtain their relevant material properties. According to the preceding results, the experiment for stability of composite tubes was carried out with different cross sections and geometric lengths. And therefore, we achieved some laws of stability bearing capacity and failure characteristics for slender components made of composite material. Next we proposed a modified Perry-Robertson stability formula in order to ascertain corresponding stability coefficients of different slenderness ratio components. By comparing the test data with the results derived from different formulas, we found the proposed approach shows better agreement to the test results than others.
