摘要
研究发现,激活过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)可抑制肝细胞癌(HCC)细胞增殖、黏附、降解细胞外基质、新生血管的生成,从而抑制HCC的侵袭和转移。因此,明确PPARγ信号通路抑制HCC侵袭转移的机制,可能有助于HCC的临床治疗,有望提高HCC患者的生存率。
Recent studies indicate that the activation of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gam- ma (PPARγ) can inhibit the invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by inhibiting prolifer- ation and adhesion of HCC cells, degradation of extracellular matrix and angiogenesis. Therefore, the mecha- nisms that PPARγ signaling pathway inhibits the invasion and metastasis of HCC may provide help for the clini- cal treatment, and is expected to improve the survival rate of HCC patient.
