基于钻石模型的重庆微耕机产业集群竞争力分析

Analysis on Competitiveness of Mini-tiller Industrial Cluster in Chongqing Based on Diamond Model

重庆是我国最大的微耕机生产基地,已基本形成微耕机产业集群。尽管重庆微耕机产业集群具有较强的竞争力,但还需进一步提升。为此,首先运用波特的"钻石模型"对影响重庆微耕机产业集群竞争力的6种因素进行分析。在此基础上,提出了提升其竞争力的措施:加强集群内专业化分工与合作;增强集群科技创新能力;制订修订微耕机的相关标准;加大金融和财税支持力度;打造"中国微耕机之都"区域品牌;发挥行业协会的职能。

Chongqing is the biggest mini-tiller production base in China,where mini-tiller industrial cluster has basically formed.Although mini-tiller industrial cluster in Chongqing is of fairly strong competitive,it needs further promotion.In the paper,Porter＇s Diamond Model was first used to analyse six factors which affect competitiveness of mini-tiller industrial cluster in Chongqing.Then the paper put forward the measures to promote its competitiveness： strengthen specialized labor division and cooperation in the cluster;enhance science and technology innovation ability of the cluster,work out and revise the correlative standards of mini-tiller;step up the financial and tax support;construct the regional brand ＂mini-tiller metropolis of China＂;give play to function of the industrial association.
