摘要
针对目前玉米作业中半自动移栽机需要人工喂苗、工作效率低等缺点以及国外自动移栽机的结构复杂、制造成本高和工作效率低等问题,以高速水稻植质钵育幼苗移栽机的工作原理和特点为理论基础,设计了一种应用于玉米植质钵育苗全自动移栽机的可夹持式自动栽植机构,并建立了机构的运动学模型和优化数学模型,利用MATLAB进行优化求解。结果表明,优化后机构夹苗的稳定性和机构工作的可靠性有了显著的提高。
In view of the present corn assignments semi - automatic transplanting machine needing artificial feed seedlings,the fault of lower work efficiency,and the complex structure ,high production cost and low working efficiency of foreign automatic transplanting machine ,took the work principle of high - speed rice planting mass pot brood transplanting machine and features as the theoretical basis,and designed a kind of clamping type automatic planting mechanism which can be applied in corn planting mass pot brood automatic transplanting machine ,and established the organization kinematics model and optimization mathematical model ,using MatLab to optimizate the results showed that the results improved the stability of seedling cutter holding sprout and the reliability of the institution.
