摘要
刮板、主动链轮和驱动轴是翻抛机的关键零件。利用三维建模软件Pro/E,建立了刮板、主动链轮和驱动轴的模型。通过Pro/E与有限元分析软件ANSYS的接口,将模型导入到ANSYS中进行模态分析。通过AN-SYS求解得到刮板、主动链轮和驱动轴的固有频率与对应的模态振型。模态分析的结果为刮板、主动链轮和驱动轴的进一步优化设计提供了参考依据。
Scrapers and drive sprockets and drive shaft are the main parts of stack-turning machine.The models of scrapers and drive sprockets and drive shaft are established through 3D modeling software Pro/E.The models are imported into software ANSYS by the interface for Pro/E and finite element analysis software ANSYS to carry on the modal analysis.Natural frequencies and corresponding modal shapes of scrapers and drive sprockets and drive shaft are to be solved by software ANSYS.The results of modal analysis can provide reference data and value for the optimal design of scrapers and drive sprockets and drive shaft
