9YG-130型双圆盘割草机刀片的运动仿真研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对9YG-130型双圆盘割草机的性能指标及工作原理,研究切割器工作过程中刀片的运动情况。基于Pro/E对切割器建立三维模型;运用ADAMS/View,建立刀片的运动模型;对9YG-130型双圆盘割草机切割器的刀片进行仿真研究。在机构前进速度2.78m/s、刀盘转速2 000r/min时,分析刀片上某一点的运行轨迹、刀片在前进和旋转过程中的位移及运动速度随时间的变化规律。仿真研究表明:割草机刀片的运动轨迹为余摆线,与理论研究结论相同;刀片的切割速度范围为55~80m/s,验证当切割器切割速度为59m/s时,割切性能达到使用要求。用ADAMS/View软件对割刀进行的仿真结果与理论分析相同,较好地反应了实际刀片的工作过程。 Performance indicators and works for 9YG-130 double disc mower,to study the course of the campaign on the blade of the cutter.Based on the Pro/E software to create a three-dimensional model of various parts of the cutter;using ADAMS/View software to create motion model,simulation study of 9YG-130 double disc mower blade cutter.Analysis mechanism in the forward speed of 2.78m/s,and the cutterhead in speed of 2000r/min,the variation of the running track of a point on the blade,its displacement of the blade in the forward and during the rotation,speed of movementover time.Simulation results shows that the trajectory for the mower blade is the trochoid,and have the same of the theoretical study;the blade cutting speeds range from 55 to 80m/s,authentication that when choosing the cutter cutting speed of 59m/s,the cutting functional technical targets could satisfied the requirement of usage.Used the ADAMS/View software research on cutter's simulation were the equal to the theoretical analysis,which better reflected the actual working process.
