摘要
针对通用型凿形深松犁铲与铲柄安装处应力较大、严重影响其使用寿命这一现象,应用Pro/E软件分别建立了通用型凿形犁铲和改进后犁铲的三维模型,并采用Pro/Mechanica对犁铲进行了有限元分析,得到通用型凿形深松犁铲和改进后的犁铲在受到相同载荷作用下的应力大小和位移变化云图。分析结果表明,改进设计的凿形深松犁铲在铲柄安装处受到的应力为通用型犁铲的31.7%,铲尖产生的变形也比通用型犁铲小47.8%。
According to chisel deep loosening plough shovel and shovel handle in the installation place stress is larger,the chisel shovel of 3D model is established with Pro/E,shovel is analyzed by finite element analysis in Pro/Mechanica,chisel deep loosening plough shovel and the improved shovel is come under the same load,the stress and displacement changing is achieved,The analysis results show that the improved design of the chisel deep loosening plough shovel in and shovel handle installation space by stress for universal plough shovel of 31.7%,shovel tip deformation than general-purpose small 47.8%.
