我国农业综合生产能力评价指标体系研究

Study on Evaluation Index System of Agricultural Comprehensive Production in China

农业综合生产能力是国家综合国力的重要组成部分,是综合竞争力的基础,因而科学地评价其发展状况是非常必要的。为此,根据农业综合生产能力的内涵以及指标体系设计的原则,参考国内外相关研究成果,设计给出了含有3个1级指标、7个2级指标、32个3级指标的农业综合生产能力评价指标体系,并阐述了选取指标的原因,为科学地评价我国农业综合生产能力提供了理论基础。

Agricultural comprehensive production capacity is an important part of comprehensive national power and the basis of comprehensive competitiveness.Scientific evaluation of its development is very necessary.It is based on the China＇s agricultural characteristics and construction rules that comprehensive agricultural production capacity evaluation indexes system is established and the reason of indexes selection is elaborated.It provides a theoretical basis for the scientific evaluation of the overall agricultural production capacity in China.
