摘要 针对移动式树枝高效粉碎机,设计了以单片机为控制平台的自动控制系统。该控制系统通过各传感器及行程开关状态监测整机运行状况,并通过实时测算切碎滚筒转速变化确定喂入量大小。根据此反馈,实现智能调整喂入,达到高效切碎树枝并能切碎大直径树枝的目的。通过30天的试验表明,该控制系统能有效防止发动机因大喂入量而发生焖车现象,能破碎的树枝直径可达到250mm。 An automatic control system was designed for high performance brush chipper based on Micro Chip Unit.The system could monitor the running status of brush chipper by the information from sensors and trip switches,define the current feeding quantity according to the changes of speed in cutting drum.This feedback of the feeding quantity could achieve high performance and large diameter cutting.By using the control system,one-month cutting experiment was conducted.The results showed that this control system could effectively prevent engine flameout and make the cutting diameter large to 250mm.
