摘要 为了解决深泥脚水田机械插秧难及行驶阻力大的问题,采用类似机耕船的浮式驱动原理,设计了一种适应深泥脚田的插秧机。整机质量由秧船承载,由驱动轮驱动,每旋转一圈前进1个株距,分插部分选用往复直插的双摆杆机构,通过变速箱时间相位设定,使插秧机的前进运动与插秧运动在时间上错开。插秧机的间隙运动有效减少插秧时的泥水波浪,可使插秧机在30cm以上的深泥脚水田插秧,同时有效地减少了驱动阻力,节省插秧时的能耗。样机经田间试验,达到了各项设计指标。 In order to solve the problem of the transplanting in deep mud feet paddy filed,a transplanter adapting to deep mud feet paddy field was designed,using the principle of floating,which similar to the principle of boat-type tillage machine.The whole weight is carried by the seedling ship,and driven by the drive wheel.The drive wheel rotates one circle,the transplanter will walk forward a row spacing.Points plug part uses double pendulum reciprocating straight cutting mechanism.By the setting of transmission's time phase,the transplanter's walking forward and transplanting are staggered in time.The clearance movement of the transplanter can reduce the water wave effectively,and ensure that the transplanter is able to work normally in the deep mud feet paddy filed even when the depth of the mud feet is above 30cm.Meanwhile,it can reduce the drive resistance and save the energy consumption effectively.Field tests showed that all the design indices were achieved.
