摘要
针对我国经济作物椰子脱壳难、损伤率大和效率低等问题,提出了一种自动化椰子脱壳机械。同时,对椰子脱壳最大的技术难题—如何控制刀具不损伤椰肉,设计出一种特制刀具,确定了其参数,并进行了ANSYS分析,验证了其刀具的可靠性和稳定性。对该脱壳机械进行了试验,结果表明:机具的效率是平均人工脱壳效率的5倍,损伤率约为人工脱壳的1/6。
For husking difficult,high injury rate,low efficiency problem of China's economic crops coconut,automation coconut husking machinery was Proposed.And the largest technical problem of the coconut husking is that the copra is not damage by controlling the tool.A special tool was designed,to determine the parameters and to be ANSYS analysis.The reliability,stability of the tool was Verified,and the average efficiency of the machinery is five times than the artificial shelling,and the injury rate is about one sixth by the mechanical test.
