摘要
控制系统是果蔬气调保鲜运输环境调控的关键部件。为此,系统归纳分析了应用于气调贮运保鲜环境调控的4种控制系统,包括基于单片机控制系统、基于PLC控制系统、基于CAN总线的分布式控制系统和基于ARM的嵌入式控制系统,总结出了各自的结构特点;同时结合工业控制技术、计算机技术和网络通讯技术的发展,提出了果蔬气调贮运保鲜环境控制系统的发展趋势,对果蔬气调保鲜环境控制系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。
Control system was the key component of fresh-keeping environment regulation of controlled atmosphere storage and transportation for fruits and vegetables.By using the method of conclusion and analysis,the structural characteristics of four kinds of control system were summarized,including MCU control system,PLC control system,CAN bus's distributed control system and ARM embedded control system.In the meantime,combined with the development of industrial control technology,computer technology and network communication technology,The new tendency of control system about fresh-keeping environment of CA storage and transportation for fruits and vegetables was put forward,which provided reference value for the design of fruits and vegetables fresh-keeping with controlled atmosphere environmental control system.
