摘要
以东方百合Casablance的退化种球为实验材料、首先将鳞茎为内外层分别剥取.扦插基质为东北产硬杂木刨花和泥炭+沙.外界条件为20℃恒温避光和9~30℃变温自然光。在变温自然光条件下,又分别采用不同浓度的ABT生根粉处理。扦插102d后的结果是:20℃恒温避光条件下.无论基质如何,外层鳞片的扦插效果明显好于内层鳞片;ABT生根粉有利于鳞片生根、而对于小鳞茎的发生有抑制作用;外层鳞片无论什么基质,20℃恒温避光比变温自然光扦插效果好;内层鳞片在两种光温条件下扦插效果无明显差异;外层鳞片在变温自然光下,扦插于泥炭+沙基质中产生 80.4%的畸形小鳞茎。退化种球的复壮研究主要以不同浓度的褐煤腐殖酸钠浸泡种球.然后栽于温室内.结果显示:不同浓度的腐殖酸钠对退化种球的抽茎率、合格切花率都有提高,尤其以005%浓度处理的效果最明显。
Casablanca degeneration seed ball of Lilium was chosen as experimental materials. Firstly. peel off the bulbs. separated them from internal and external; Secondly. the base mixed with wood shavings made form Northeast hard wood. peat and sand;,thirdly. outside conditions are constant temperature of 20℃. and avoid light. as well as changeable temperature from 9℃ to 30 ℃ and natural light. Under the condition of changeable temperature and natural light, treated the prepared scale with ABT powder. having planted for 102 days, the following conclusions are obtained: under the condition of constant temperature, the growth of external scale is better than that of internal ones. different bases have the same results: ABT powder is helpful for the scale to take root. but inhibits the new bulbs growth; for different bases. the external scale grow better in the condition of constant temperature than in that of changeable temperature. but the internal scale have no difference while planted under the two different conditions, under the condition of natural light and changeable temperature, plant the external scale in the mixture of peat and sand, the result is that 80. 4% of the experimental scale produced malformed small bulbs. Robust recovery of degraded seed ball experiment is that dipped the seed ball into HA-Na solutions for one hour. then planted the dipped seed balls under the condition of indoors, HA-Na solutions with different density can improve the rate of stemming and the rate of qualified cut-flowers. and the best result appears in the treatment of 0. 05% solution.
