Externality and Policy-making for Nature Reserve

从经济学中的外部经济性理论着手、分析了当前我国自然保护区建设中存在的资金投入过少和产品数量不足等方面的问题、用经济学的观点阐述并探讨了相关的自然保护区政策。

Based on the theory of externality, the paper analyzes the present situation existed in China's establishment and management of nature reserves such as insufficient investment and low-level productivity and so on. Also. the paper discusses related policies for nature reserves from economic point of view.
